For commissioning of twin-screw pump at site, we recommend the operator to follow below before start:

1 | Check and make sure pump inlet and outlet flanges connecting directions are correct according to pump unit dimension drawing |

2 | Check and make sure pump external connecting and accessories are in place and clean |

3 | Check and make sure coupling between pump and motor alignment is acceptable, the alignment accuracy ≤ 0.2mm |
|
4 | Check and make sure pump rotors are free to be rotated from shaft end by external hands or proper tool |
|
5 | Check and make sure gear oil in timing gear housing and lubrication grease for front bearings are in place |
|
6 | Check and make sure motor electric wires connecting are correct, and point starting of motor to check pump shaft rotation direction is correct |

7 | Check and make sure to fill pumped liquid from pressure relief valve as per note requirement at 1st start-up or after a long time out of service |

8 | Check and make sure all valves connected inlet and outlet pipes are open and clean, discharge pipe is also open |
