As we know that gear pump, twin screw or three screw pump is most applicable for viscosity or lubricating fluid transfer or processing. If there is request for volatile or flammable fluid pumping, sliding vane pump is better choice for safe and efficiency operating. Recently we Shenmech achieved diesel fuel sliding vane pump sales for Indonesia project with local partner cooperation. This pump casing and rotor are ductile iron material with easily replaceable vanes. To replace sliding vanes, simply remove the end cover, slide out old vanes and insert new ones, reinstall cover and pump is back in operation. Most maintenance can be conducted without disconnecting the pump from pipes or motor drive shaft.
