The JCR series peristaltic hose pump features zero leakage and lower maintenance cost because there are no seals and valves in the flow path, with robust casing, precision machined rotor and reliable hose from Tudertechnica or Trelleborg, the pumps are good for aggressive chemicals or abrasive slurries in the fields of waste water, industrial and chemical, petrochemical plants. The quality hose is essential for pump longer operating life, all SMC pump hoses are from Europe, hose options are available from nature rubber, NBR, EPDM and food grade NBR material to compete with Bredel hose pump and Albin peristaltic hose pump. Again we exported four units of EPDM hose pumps in Dec. of 2024 for overseas customer.
