In June of 2024 we exported 3 units of internal gear pumps for Malaysia chemical plant through local business partner, these gear pumps are used for chemical paraffin wax transfer, the pump casing is ductile iron or stainless steel 304, shaft seal is mechanical or gland packing, the pumps are also equipped with electric heating and pressure relief valve according to operating conditions. Even though gear pump is one of common positive displacement pumps, with technical innovation our SMC gear pump efficiency is 10% increased and noise is 10% decreased than that of other Chinese competitors, and is widely applicable for different fluids. The gear pump operating is more stable because of higher machining and assembly accuracy for pump parts, also serious quality control during manufacturing and performance test before delivery.
