Generally internal gear pump is coupled with motor through gear reducer for low pump speed, because low pump speed is required for reasonable NPSHr and operating life. However, the monoblock internal gear pump is possible with innovated gear profile design for some specified operation conditions, that is kind of compact structure pump at motor speed and without reducer. This monoblock gear pump features cost effective and less installation place. In May of 2025 we exported 2 units of motor speed internal gear pumps to Indonesia, the pump capacity is 1.5 m3/h at speed of 910 rpm, the pump wetted parts material is stainless steel 316 due to cooking oil fluid features. Not only edible oil, SMC gear pump is applicable of chocolate and molasses food products.
